Preschool Circle
A great program for 3- and 4-year-olds in North Snohomish County.
Preschool Circle Kids Having Fun !!
Pictures show all the fun we are having in class so far. We have a sink right outside our room door on the left and bathrooms on the right. There is a nice grassy area for games and activities within 50 feet of our door. Lots of books, lots of tubs full of games and items to play with as we learn.

About the Staff
My name is Annette Lind. I have a dual BA degree in Special Education PreK-12 & Elementary Education K-8 (2013), a MS degree in Curriculum & Instruction (2016) and over 150 post graduate credits in professional classes. I was a para-educator for 10 years in Lakewood SD starting in the late 1990’s. I am an experienced & certified teacher of grades PreK – 12th in Snohomish & Skagit County Schools with 7 years in the classroom. I was a self-reliance coordinator & instructor for Edmonds SD, Everett SD, Lakewood SD, & Marysville SD teaching health, safety, self-esteem, anti-bullying and kindness classes. I have been a tutor for youth & adults since 2007 and a workshop / conference instructor to adults that teach children through the NAEYC program (early learning 0 to 8 yrs. old). I had 72 STARS/MERIT credits in Early Learning when I closed my preschool in 2009. I was a youth group volunteer from 1995 to 2005 with my children ages 4 yrs. to 15 yrs. in Camp Fire.
I now help teacher candidates from Western Governors University obtain their teaching certification in Washington state by working as their clinical supervisor as they do their teaching demonstration in host classrooms. I do this part time through an online program / videos in the evening.
My staff member is Kathy Bowker, who is also my mother. She was a para-educator with the SPED Life Skills program in Lakewood SD for 15 yrs. before retiring. She has multiple trainings through working at Lakewood over the years in health, safety, social skills, ELA, math, social studies, history, and art. She was a member of my staff at Papa Bear Preschool and Tutoring in the afternoon when it was open. She had 40 STARS/MERIT credits in Early Learning when we closed in 2009. She was a youth group volunteer from 1995 to 2005 with her grandchildren ages 4 yrs. to 15 yrs. in Camp Fire.
